[pianotech] 1911 Steinway "A"

I have a model "A" I am brokering for the family of original owner.
It was refinished wth new Steinway hammers shanks and flanges, Teflon .
Board has cracks, would need a complete rebuild.
What would value be for sale to a rebuilder?
