Actually, I was thinking of castration!  That would most certainly take your
mind off from anything!  Not sure about the tension part of it though..
Time for high blood pressure pills?

Doing a little fenestration might take the tension out of it for you.   Not
sure I like that word much.  It reminds me to much of something very
unpleasant.
