[pianotech] Tuners leave a trail

In this case, removal of the mute rail is a breeze in a Yamaha U1.   If you happen to carry a Phillips screwdriver you don't even have to scratch the case.   The customer had a few choice words when she saw me taking the photo...not to me but the guy in Seattle.   I should mention that the piano was in great tune.
