[pianotech] Dampers

Hi,Ed!
Please,make sure the ACTION BRACKETS are properly seated and Nuts are  
tight.
Tap the Brackets on top with a screwdriver to seat them properly.     
This scenario happened  to me a few times in the past 35 years...
