Good point William. We use a similar time when calling in the evening. We start at around 7 PM after supper, but we end all calling by 9 PM. It's to late for many folks after that. This is after the news and not too late. It is not too close too the weekend, still some times I call on Saturday if I have more time than appointments. Lets remember, there is no magic bullet and the biggest thing you can have on your side is time. That is such a nice service you provide." It makes me feel great and also makes it all that much more worth while. Besides, it also eliminates most last minute requests for tuning "before Sunday." Hi Jer, I usually get excuses when I call, I'm in a meeting, or a voice mail. These folks knew that I'd be calling again. I'm tired of the excuses. I'm glad you guys out there are having better success at repeat tunings.
