Thanks for letting me know about the rules and regulations.  I withdraw 
my question about fees.

But I do have another question about a particular piano that I tuned a 
while back.  It's an Ibach upright with the damper bar and wires in 
front of the hammers....making tuning somewhat of a nightmare....trying 
to get mutes in between strings.  And forget about a temperament strip.  
Also getting hammers onto pins is not such an easy task either.  Has 
anyone worked on pianos like this.


If I knew how to upload a picture I would, but I am not computer savvy 
enough.

Hope someone knows what I am talking about.
