      David and Clay are right.
Which is precisely why I asked if your are sure you want to resume 
servicing pianos. I'm telling you; take care of your playing facilities.  Not trying 
to discourage you but it sounds as if you are at one of life's cross roads, 
where you need to seroiusly consider each thing you want to persue and its 
consequence(s) then decide.
