I have two of these pianos in my charge and you can change the pitch
as much as 30 cents before the pin moves in the block.  Once they're
in tune they maintain fairly well but they really demonstrate the theory
that fine tuning does not involve turning pins but finessing the pin
torque and front string tensioning.
