Hi Lee, your first sentence says it all: "He is a string breaker". I had a customer like this who lived an hour and a half from me and I had to let her go and I ran away. I tried everything and she kept breaking them. You could try mapes gold strings. I think they have a higher breaking point (I've been told this). Best of luck.
