Lisa,
The mail software that we use is 'old-school', it only archives plain
text. Any formatting that people apply to their email is removed. The
links generally do work, but are not always useful. Take a look at your
own message at
https://www.moypiano.com/ptg/pianotech.php/2010-January/018436.html and you
will see that the links DO WORK but just lead to a formatted version of
the same text. The only attachments that are useful end in jpg jpeg pdf
or sometimes bin, not html.

If you have lost an attachment, they are archived also at:
https://www.moypiano.com/ptg/pianotech.php/attachments/
For example, this folder contains pictures from May 24 2007:
https://www.moypiano.com/ptg/pianotech.php/attachments/20070524/bfe720eb/

You are reading the 'digest' version of the list. Do you need to? Unless
you really need it, I would suggest turning it off; your list life will
be simplified. Digest setting can be found at
http://ptg.org/mailman/options/pianotech
