Teflon bushings reduces value imo. Does it have the original strings, hammers, etc? Most average Steinway buyers don't want a 7 foot grand, let alone the fact that most don't have the room. The market for it is therefore much narrower, and therefore may be harder to sell. And the "market value" will vary from one area of the US to another, just like many things. If you want to do it the right way, hire a tech-preferably a Steinway specialist- to come out and do an inspection/appraisal. There is no way to give an accurate appraisal otherwise.
