You could probably do it without actually restringing. Back off the pins and remove the coils. Run the pins all the way out, ream and them pound them back in. Reattach the strings. Might be a pain in the low bass but that's still a far cry better than complete restringing. Figure out some way to keep the non agraffe strings in order.
