Greetings!

Anybody out there know where I snail-mail or e-mail send the bill for replacing the defective action brackets on one of their pianos? In response to a phone call, they sent the "kit" (i.e. no instructions, no new hardware despite longer screws being required, and nothing written inside that might be helpful about anything at all).

I've misplaced my notes about the phone call and can't remember with whom I spoke. I'm hoping and expecting one of you out there has walked this path and can point me in the right direction.

Thanks kindly in advance for sharing this information.

This piano, a Weber baby grand, had been donated to the Salvation Army Community Center Conservatory for the Arts, in completely unplayable condition due to the action brackets. This community center provides a great service of education in the arts for the children in our community who otherwise couldn't afford lessons. I'm delighted to say the piano is playing beautifully now (well as beautifully as it can), but I would love to get SOME compensation for my time.

Anne (yes, I know how to work on modern pianos too)
