1) remove the board and blankets-
2) remove all lid hinge pins- don't try to lift the piano with the lid attached.
3) lift and set the piano, resting on the long bass side, and proceed as if you were starting new.
4) You will need at least four strong people to help.
You will not be able to access the damage to the action until you put the
piano on it's legs at the new location.
