[pianotech] CA treatment for loose brass bookholders?

For loose screws, I have used C/A glue.
If they are very loose, slip in a sliver of leather with the C/A glue.
The L shaped screw things are not used over here, but I can see many
places where they should be used.
I don't know, why they are not used, and available over here.
People seem to tilt the music rack with shims or glue on felt to keep
the books in place.
