[pianotech] tuning pin torque???

I got that info out of the PTJ. I think it was compiled by Don Gault, the
Editor at that time. Yes, the "High Skill Level" thingee is a nice way of
putting" It's danged near impossible to tune unless your Popeye"!<G>
