I just use staples all the way around. When it comes time to replace
pads, I cut a slit under the tank and use velcro tabs on the bottom of the tank
to suture cover back together.

I have a couple of Dampp-Chaser undercover installs coming up. I've only
done a couple in the past; with the staple-through-velcro square method.
I did read about the heat activated fabric tape... anyone out there come
up with a good process to make this job easier?
