And what is really sad is that she doesn't seem interested in correcting her own piano - she is frustrated with it because it has one volume level - loud. This is a lightly played 20 year old Yamaha U3 - a very nice piano - that thing could be made to play quite nicely providing the pianist with very good control over soft and loud playing. So maybe, if only one thing good, she seems consistent.
