[pianotech] tight glidebolts

Yes, take the stack off and get them out.  I've not ever melted beeswax, but
I find that just scraping the threads of the bolts along a cake of beeswax
works well.  My wife says I'm lazy for not melting it good and proper.  I
tell her I'm just trying to be efficient.  ;-]
