[pianotech] Kohler & Campbell 3/4 scale upright?

Jack and other helpful folks,

Here's the pictures.  It does indeed look like a real piano, including 
tri-chord unisons, only smaller.  I'm going to inspect it next week, so 
let me know if there's anything in particular I should look for.
