Oh yes indeedy. There's no way to win in that situation, I think. Perhaps one might say to the customer "Oh, that's a wonderful ability to have. Have you ever thought, in view of your ability, of tuning your piano yourself? I can sell you a lever and a couple of wedges, and show you the basic manual technique, and then you can practice for yourself, and by using your wonderful aural gift, you will be able to keep your own piano to your entire satisfaction!"
