[pianotech] key leveling with a curve

I keep the curve in the key level to follow the curve in the key-frame for the reason stated previously.

  So if we're re-leveling keys using existing felts, should they be leveled flat? Presumably by the time the re-leveling happens the felt would have compressed about as much as it's going to.
