[pianotech] Frozen Nose bolt

Joe,

I am putting the plate back in and it seams to be a little too high.  I thought I would get it movable first to adjust it, but it is bum tight.

  I'd have to ask: Is the plate out and you are making sure you have adjustmentability when putting it back in? Or....is the Nut on the nose bolt "frozen"? What is the actual situation, that you need to turn that "nose bolt":?<G>
  No elixor is adviseable IMHO. Other methods are.
