This might sound like a "duh" idea, but perhaps they put the casters on the twin dolly, instead of to one side of the casters. When the janitors put the Acrosonic console on the dollies it "leans" forward, upon examination they discovered a 1"-2" board under the back of the piano that extends between the rear casters(?). Please understand, this was all explained to me by the salesman, over the phone. I have never seen or heard of anything like this before, anyone else?
