[pianotech] Used D's pricing

 Greetings, 
    There are not that many used Steinway D's on the market.  Anybody know of any?  I was asked to look at a 20 year old model, in very nice shape, used in a home.  Being priced at about 65% of a new one still means fairly big money, so I am looking at comparisons. Any others selling in this range?
