I just took some measurements from the A in my shop, SN 32873:
Overall 49”
1-27: 12 31/32”
28-53: 14 5/16”
54-71: 8 3/4”
72-88: 8 5/16”

 1.  the distance from the no 1 hammer flange screw hole to the center of note 88 screw hole . ie. the overall span
2.The distance from the center of  no.1 flange screw hole to center of no. 26. (last bass)
3. Distance from 26 to first tenor note 27.
4.  Distance from First tenor 27  to last tenor.
5.  Distance from Last tenor to first capo section screw hole. Probably note 54 ish
6 Distance from Last tenor to forst capo screw hole
 7 .Last hammer first capo to last in first capo.
  8. first screw hole top section and then to 88
