Hello Marshall,
Let not --- your heart be troubled,
Speaking as one who has installed at least half a dozen
electronic players in these little pianos THAT WORK WELL
and further more CONTINUES TO DO SO.
We started installing the old "Superscope" in the Acrosonics
in the 70,s then went to the "Pianodisc".
We placed the poppet head directly under the action whippen.
works like a dream, easy to install, and service.
Marshall ! You can take this to the Bank

Hi Everyone,
I received a call today from a guy who owns an Acrosonic. He wants the
piano which hasn't been tuned in a very long time brought to playing
condition which I can do of course. Here's the question I have. He wants a disc
player installed so that if they have guests for dinner he can have the
piano playing in the background. So my question is, can a disc. system be
installed into an Accrosonic, or would the drop action be in the way? Is it
worth it to install one in a piano like this? What should I tell him? thanks
Marshall
ps. if it is a go, then I'll need to find someone to install one. How much
does that typically run? Thanks
