This person doesn't want to settle to simply eeek through the exams but desires to prove their skills at every instance. The tuner holds the attitude that the ocupation of a piano technician is one that involves continual learning and an open mind to various proven techniques etc. This particular tuner realizes that as long as their mind remains open, their career will continue to flourish.
