I really appreciate the input you gave.
Wound bass strings versus plain music wire is another reality.
I have another point of interest concerning this situation that just came to me
for edification.

The neighbor notes F6 & F#6 do not exhibit the degree of difference in a beating sound whatsoever,
yet are obviously liken unto the G6 in physical appearance.
