Major oopsie! I mispoke on the wood quiz. Pear Wood was traditionally used for Damper Heads!  (NOT the backcatches as I said. darned memory is going kids!<G>) BTW, all this is from a book copyrighted in 1887.<G>
So.... let's have another mini-wood-quiz.<G> How or where was White Holly used?
And....lets' add another item: How many kinds of leather were used in/for the piano?<G> Let's make that subject: Leathers  K? <G>
