[pianotech] Amplification Definition. Was: ( CA pinblock with tight bushings?)

The definition of "amplification" argued here it purely a modern one, and as
I stated earlier the term can be extended back before electricity into many
other physical realms such as hydraulics, pneumatics (as seen in the
operation of valves in player pianos), mechanics (the lever).
