Hi, John I think I worked on one of these once. Had me going for a few minutes. If yours is like the one I worked on, the whole thing pulls toward you just like a grand, keys and all. So you never lift the action out, it just stays perched there. If I remember right (it may have been ten years ago this happened) you have to undo some screws holding the keyframe in place.
