[pianotech] Young chang date of manufacture

(Newer than 1992 has a spread of 113.5, not 133.5!!)

The two actions can be identified by the angle of their let off buttons; the
newer ones are 90 degrees from the hammer rail, and the older ones angle
back in toward the whippens.
