[pianotech] slow close retrofits was: Steinway S and fallboard springs

As Al said, Jurgen has a universal slow close mechanism for retrofits.  
I installed one on an 1890s Knabe with excellent results. Works very  
well. Not a five minute installation for sure, but with careful  
installation it will both look and work very well.
