David, Not saying it isn't so, but I have been in Central Oklahoma doing pianos for 30 + years and don't ever recall seeing an advertisement for ivory key blanks in this neck of the woods, or hear of such at any of the chapter meetings. I also did a preliminary Google search with no results.
