[pianotech] accepting credit card for service calls

Been using them about six months now. Experimenting with my own credit card,
it took me four swipes to get the correct speed, but since then I'm shooting
100%. They email you immediately when the record a payment, and the
transaction with my bank is begun either the same or next day. Shows up in
my bank account after that the same as with any ACH transaction. No monthly
fees.

There may be some confusing information out there, because when it initially
started up, they were saying a $50 limit on each transaction or something
thereabouts. But that has been since resolved, no limit except for the per
week thing that has been discussed here.

And my customers love it. One was even going to run out to the store to get
cash because they didn't use checks, and didn't have cash on hand, and when
I showed her the little swiper her face lit up. "Oh, no way, you can DO
that?" :-)
