[pianotech] Reviving Felt

Yeah, I also immediately thought of that VS-Profelt key bushing sizing
stuff.
It does wonders resurrecting compressed/noisy key bushing felt.

My only concern is that it sometimes seems to loosen glue, which isn't a
problem for key bushing because the cauls hold it until it re-dries...

Still, it might be worth a shot.
