Wesley, the easiest way is to replace the key-top. If you or the customer doesn't want to replaces, there is a way to get a fairly good fix. You will need key-top material about the same color as the one on the piano. Prepare the key using a dermal tool to remove all the burnt part of the key. Then melt some key-top material in acetone and drop it in place. Try to keep it a level as possible. When it dries sand it level and buff.
