I have never heard of needing malpractice insurance for a school district, but a couple of restoration companies I work with require proof of a liability policy. The insurance itself is very cheap, around $350/ year for a 1 million dollar policy. I recommend having it regardless if anyone requires it or not. Ya just never know..... -- Mick Johnson, R.P.T.
