A modern Herrburger Schwander wippen has the repetition lever pivotted on a
post. Having the end of the lever pivotted at the base of the wippen, this
one reminds me of the designs by Langer (see Walter Pfeiffer "The Hammer"
Fig. 91 on p. 110) and Ron Overs
(http://www.overspianos.com.au/frameset.html).

Has anyone played on any of these "alternative" actions in good enough
condition to compare to the standard designs?
