Check the hammer return spring threads which have probably started to fail. When you depress the pedal the problem often manifests itself to a greater degree.

Subject: [pianotech] sticky keys with depressed sustain pedal

Hi list,
On an Asian grey market piano about 30 - 40 yrs. old, there are several sticky keys when the sustain pedal is depressed. What would I have to look for other than the usual sticky key problems? Your comments are appreciated.
