[pianotech] What do you say?

When my customers call to make an appointment, I tell them I will call them the night before.
I have been embarrassed when I forgot an appointment, and annoyed, when they did, which seemed to happen when i made appointments for a time in the future.
Also things come up, like bad weather, or emergency needs at the university.
So I do prefer to call the night before, that way it is fresh in everyones mind.
