[pianotech] What do you say?

Yep, that's what we do- but it's more than $5 and it's built into our
service fee as it is a service we provide. We make a point to tell people we
will call before we come out and make sure that they give us the phone
number where they can be reached. We tell them that way we can call them if
we are going to be late or call them as we are on the way.
It does three things-
1. Cuts no shows by 90%, which is important since we charge for no shows
(which cuts no shows even more)
2. If we are stuck they are called and have option to reschedule or wait and
get extra service for their inconvenience.
3. We don't have to meet too many people at the door in their underwear,
curlers or other unmentionables any more.

Deliver more value, receive more compensation.

On another subject- I know in advance this is futile but please consider
trimming the umpteen layers of replies from your posts for the sake of those
who read in digest form. Please.
Thank you

You say, "Certainly, sir/ma'am, we can just add the $5 fee onto your regular
bill.."
