Mmmm. CLARITY, ladies and gentlemen.

Truth serum is powerful stuff.

Thanks, Will. Here's one of my favorite phrases: "crunch time reveals all."

And this is definitely crunch time for the Pianotech Forum. What will happen? Who will serve who?

Will our precious List be preserved? Will the denouement be positive and serve the greatest good, or will Pianotech
sputter and creak into irrelevance surrounded by confusion, frustration, and resentment?

Another of my favorites: "monkey see, monkey do."

We're waiting on the leadership to set the tone. If you lead---really lead, with all the characteristics of an effective leader---we will follow.

In sincere service---

David Andersen
