Phil, there is a lot of stuff not covered in the FAQ and Getting 
Started.  Also, virtually all of what's there was written by early users 
based on what they figured out for themselves.  That's why I asked about 
a "comprehensive help file" from HL.

It sounds like HL isn't big into making and keeping specific commitments.
