The jack is pressing against the stop felt on the balancer and not clearing the knuckle easily.

I’ll explain tomorrow. Sadly my digital camera was out of town—in Barb’s car—during the time I was working on this action so I don’t have any pictures. I’ll try to get a couple of pictures next week.
