Thanks for your comments on why my client can put her piano on an uneven floor. Now I can tell her knowing that it will not be damaged. -Ursula --- On Wed, 7/20/11, Ursula Hammerling <ursulapianotuning at yahoo.com> wrote: From: Ursula Hammerling <ursulapianotuning at yahoo.com> Subject: [pianotech] Does it dmage to place piano on uneven floor To: pianotech at ptg.org Date: Wednesday, July 20, 2011, 10:04 AM Hi List, My client will move to an old farmhouse with uneven floors where the piano, a S&S rebuilt, is going to be placed. Will the uneven floor damage the piano over time? Note, I do not know the quality and unevenness of the floor. Thanks for your comments.
