I just serviced a Lyon & Healy studio piano that says it is made in Holland. It looks to be about 10 or 15 years old. I didn't know there was a factory in Holland that made this. Anyone in Europe know about this piano factory?

Anyway, attached are two pictures of the mute rail. As you can see, the mute rail is attached to the rod that goes down to the pedals with a piece of wire wrapped around it to two pieces to hold it in place. But that is not the way it was originally was made. In order to get it out, I had to undo two nuts in the bottom, where the rod is attached to trap bar.

What I am trying to find out is how those two pieces are supposed to be attached. It looks like it might be held together with a wing nut and bolt, but I can't be for sure. So if anyone has a Lyon & Healy Studio with a similar set up, please send a picture, or explain how it works.

Thanks
