  It's quite easy, in any mail client or webmail system, to filter messages by sender. I never receive any of the plethora of ludicrous anti-MS rantings. If you don't receive them, you won't be tempted to feed the trolls who perpetrate them. Feeding trolls only keeps them begging for more.
