Hi, Thumpe: We used to sell them a few years ago, but they weren't hand built any more than any other Chinese piano. I think they were made by American Sejung. I thought they were decent for the price. Authentic? Well, based upon my experience, that's a bit of a stretch. Sounds like typical sales BS. Sorry you lost out on your sale. I know they are not his own hand-built ones of great quality; but are they good, bad, or even worse than bad? An honest opinion would be appreciated, because I just lost a sale to a regional dealer who seems to be representing these as the "authentic", hand-made Falcones of yore! (Grrrrrrr!!!) And would ike to avoid this in the future. Thanks! Thumpe
